Refund & Return Policy

At Sofodel, we specialize in providing high-quality digital design services and creative digital products, including templates, banners, brochures, and custom design projects. As all our offerings are delivered digitally, our Refund & Return Policy differs from physical products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products & Services

All products and services offered on Sofodel are digital in nature.
No physical items are shipped or delivered.
Once a digital product or completed design is delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

No Returns Policy

Since our products are digital files and design services, returns are not applicable under any circumstances.
Digital files or completed design work cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed once delivered.

Refund Policy (Limited & Conditional)

Refunds are not provided in general.
A refund will be considered only in rare cases where the issue is entirely from Sofodel’s side, such as:

If we are unable to start or complete the project after payment.
If we fail to deliver the promised design/service within the agreed timeline and no alternative resolution is provided.
If a technical or operational issue from our side prevents delivery of the purchased product or service.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after placing an order.
Incorrect product or service selected by the customer.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference once the design has been delivered.
Compatibility issues with the customer’s software, tools, or platform when requirements were clearly mentioned beforehand.
Delays or failures caused by lack of response, incomplete information, or approvals from the customer.
Download issues caused by the customer’s internet or device.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be raised within 3 business days of purchase.
Customers must email us with order details and a clear explanation of the issue at:

We may request additional details or proof to review the case before approval.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
